• Easy access to London City Airport
• Exactly what a tired business traveller needs. Your staff were very friendly and helpful and cheerful.

“I arrived late from france and your staff guided me to an excellent Indian restaurant delivery service. They were also most helpful in directing me to the Airport for an earl flight.”

• Food was very nice, but limited menu
• booked non smoking, got smoking. booked double en-suite, got single. room decor poor. Ceiling tiles in corridors off etc but no one working there.

“Not the nicest of areas, would have prefered to stop near city airport site. ie Ramada Jarvis Hotel”

• Location was good for travel into London, room was excellent, staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
• Smoking area adjacent to front doors, limited evening menu for vegetarians.

“The area for smoking was immediately adjacent to the front doors so a face full of smoke was almost guaranteed on entering and leaving the hotel, also you had to walk through this area when going into bar/restaurant area for breakfast and evening meals. At the time of my stay I was recovering from a bad chest infection and the smoke caused me a great deal of discomfort. This did not detract from my overall experience of the hotel and staff which were both excellent.”

• There was ample parking and on site.B'fast good.The train /bus station very near which is a plus
• At check in nothing was explained ie the key card !! And at b'fast they soon ran out of things and you had to keep asking for things....

“The directions for the hotel was very good I got there no problem.At check in I think the key card should be explained .... how the key works and how it is used for the electric in the rooms ,none of this was explained to me.At b'fast the staff should try and stay on top of the food situation or lack of it, I found both days they soon ran out of things and you have to go looking for the staff to fill it up, you should'nt have to keep asking.On the 2nd day the juice ran out & the girl did'nt know where the key was or how to fill it up.On the plus side, although check out was 12.00 noon I was allowed to leave my car there, so we could go and have an other day in the centre of London. So thank you for that.Overall our stay was very good and we will stay with your selves again.”

• Parking, service good
• Temperature in the room unbearable - No Air conditioning and ventilation very poor due to building design..... Extremely unacceptable conditions and tainted whole of stay at Hotel
