• locality, ease of convenience, good rooms and polite staff, good breakfast
• the room I stayed in was noisy, as it was near the entrance on 1st floor.

“Although I feel the hotel offers good value for money and in an excellent situation, as a more mature customer I would usually choose a hotel of a higher specification.”

• Accomodation was fine
• Requested morning paper which never arrived. Standard of breakfast was poor.

• Full english breakfast was excellent.
• Bathroom was dreadful. View from tiny window was the worst we have ever seen.

“After initially requesting a non smoking room, we were given a smoking room, which was awful. We were then allocated a non smoking room, which was fine. However the bathroom was dreadful. The tile grout was disgusting and the bath itself was very badly stained.
The breakfast however, was absolutely fantastic.
The staff were helpful and friendly.”

• The bed was excellent, room size just right, bath was deep and the water hot.
• I did request a Non smoking room but it was apparent that somoking had been done recently.

“Having stayed in the Radison on Totenham Court Rd, I was a little apprehensive of having a very small room but was glad that the room size was more than adaquate. Breakfast was excellent.”

• Excellent breakfast. Public areas clean and well presented. Good staff. Room was clean.
• Room tiny. No car park.

“The hotel location is excellent and the initial impression of the hotel is good, with welcoming staff and well-presented public areas. The room itself was on the top floor and, although clean, was very small with old, worn furninshings. The rooms are not air-conditioned but a fan had been placed in the room as the weather was very warm and sultry. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent, well presented and the food was delicious. The staff were attentive. Although the good location may mean that I would consider staying there again, its not the kind of hotel I would recommend to others.”
