Very warm staff. Graet food.
Only small points. Perhaps have soap in bathroom. You only have shampoo. Sky tv.

“Overall a very high qaulity hotel with a very helpful and professional staff. Very comfortable rooms. The food at the restuarant was excellent. Well done to all concerned.”

free upgrade to suite.
smoking in the lobby areas. this should be banned no face cloths in bathroom.

“the free upgrade to a suite really made the stay a pleasure. Breakfast was good, room service food wasn't great. Guests were smoking in the lobby while checking out which should not happen. This should be a no smoking area.”

Very convenient for ExCel Exhibition Centre
Room cold - air con/heating unadjustable

“Ideally situated for the ExCel Enhibition Centre. Check-in/check-out very efficient. The room was cold and adjustments to the heating controls had no effect. Good view from top floor window. Pleasant stay overall.”

No need to use bed as a chair.Good sized room.

“Good looking location.Close to city airport.Good transport link. Possibly could be worrying at night for some guests returning from DLR station.”

parking, Nice building
Odour in lift areas, poor carpets in rooms. The bathroom was really gross in that the floor tiles had grime and the edge of the showers had dirt ages old. It was irritating and made me lose my appetite
