• Can't think of anything.
• All of it.

“Parking was not ample, room was grubby, bathroom (broom cupboard more like) had holes in the ceiling filled with bits of toilet paper. Shower was broken. Old bed creaked constantly. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. The hotel manager was a bit too friendly (Guest House Paradise springs to mind). Didn't seem to know where anything was. Left as soon as humanly possible in the morning, didn't want to sample the delights of breakfast! DSS hostel type atmosphere.”

• Clean and tidy and the owner was friendly.
• Could of had a kettle in the room.

• good and clean beds.
• most is very old and not very clean.there isn,t a sittingroom where you can stay with other guests

• This is a shabby hotel and the publicity material bears no relation to it.

“The publicity states free and ample parking but there is not any. Publicity states a warm family-run hotel but it is more like a DSS hostel.”

• Manager v friendly, good value for money

“Better directions would have been helpful. We were given a choice of rooms, very friendly, nice bedroom and shower/toilet. Breakfast was good.”

• Not much
• One of the worst places I have ever stayed.

“The room was damp and unclean. The management was poor. The promised breakfast was not provided and the kitchen was locked preventing anyone from even getting a coffee (no provision for drinks in the bedroom). I have stayed in MANY hotels - never before have i been refused breakfast. It also puts me off your online booking service if you include hotels offering such poor service.”

• sehr familiSr, schneller Anmeldungsprozess, nettes Personal
• Zimmer schlecht ausgestattet, zur Strasse hin sehr laut

“Wer keinen Wert auf grossen Komfort legt sondern nur gnnstig nbernachten will, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Der Chef ist sehr nett
und hilfsbereit. Frnhstnch ist OK, die Zimmer sind eher dnrftig ausgestattet.”

• Good Location, Good value for money for London

“Previous reviews prepared us for the stay ie. No parking, no tea/coffee facilities in the room, continenal breakfast - So our stay was great and just what we had imagined!! Nice location ( we went to BBC Centre) and rooms very clean, small but ensuite, ideal for a short stay and staff very friendly :)”

• If one needed something the staff was always ready to help.
• Some things were in serious need of repair.

“Negativ: Hair drier didn't work. The faucet of the shower was falling apart and broke completely during my stay.
(The manager explained later, the owner of the hotel is not inclined to spend money for repairing. He only does so
when something breakes down completely.)
Breakfast was anounced between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m and the dishes were nicely set and ready every morning but:
During my whole stay no one of the staff were ever around at breakfast time. And there was also no food available
for self serving...
Positiv: The staff was always helpful. As the shower broke they gave me another room immediatly. In that room
everthing worked fine.”
