• Location okay.
• A crummy place.

“Extremely small, dirty room and bath; with only two pieces of carry-on-size luggage no room to move. Way over priced. Charged more than fee agreed upon by internet reservation. The entire place was shabby and messy. We both picked up bug causing diarrhea there. Cannot recommend this.”

• It offered car parking whilst we were abroad for ?ú25
• room was extreamly small, poorly decorated, in dire need of refurbishment. overall very basic.

“As stated, the room was too small for the purpose designed. The double bed was only about 8 inches from the wall and we had to negotiate electrical extension leads to gain access to same.We were asked to pay in full at breakfast on the first morning, and on returning later in the day, found there was no heating or hot water due to a boiler failure,so we had to get into bed to keep warm, without the benefit of a hot shower.The breakfast offered was good but the overall cleanliness and appeal of the guest house was very poor.”

• My room was tastefully decorated, the breakfast excellent, the proprietor helpful and friendly.

“I was so satisfied with the hotel that I have determined to use it in the future for further stopovers. Only a few minutes from Heathrow on convenient U3 bus for a fare of '1.20.”

• Had everything I needed.
• Walls too thin - th guy next door had TV on loud all night.

“Overall, the place was ok, and the owners helpful, but I had a rotten night sleep when I badly needed rest.”

• Nice/helpful people.All the right things at the right places. Easy access to buses/mini-cab hire. Lots of food joints/pubs etc.
• Perhaps a little too quiet !

• Location, comfort, breakfast, staff and service, secure parking.
• Nothing.

“The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is conveniently situated for bus and rail services. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order. There is an excellent selection of restaurants for evening meals within a very short walking distance. There is a secure car park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I wholeheatedly reccommend this hotel and shall definitely stay there again. Excellent value for money.”
