• Convenient Location, Excellent Breakfast.
• Room was basically clean but the 'high surfaces' needed attention.

“The booking process worked well despite our booking the night before arriving. The hotel is efficiently run and serves an excellent buffet breakfast. The city centre location is very convenient. The bar next door is a bit noisy at the weekend if you are bothered by this (we weren't). The lift is small and the non smoking floors are 3 and 4 so be aware of this if you are in a large group and need to use the lift.”

• comfortable, central location, near the river - nice personal touch- near a good selection of restaurants
• directions - most difficult to find by car

“Short overnight stay - very pleased at standard of accomodation, welcome and location ideal for Xmas markets”

• Very convenient for the railway station.Friendly staff. Good value.
• Bathroom rather small. Noise from disco until 3 am.(but did not affect sleeping)

“We arrived by train, the hotel was easy to find and we were able to enjoy walking aound all the Christmas Markets without the need for public transport.”
