excellent staff, good buffet breakfast
beds awfull, bed settee is the worst i've slept in, still have backache 3 days later

“only bad points were the beds being so uncomfortable. otherwise great staff and excellent location for airport”

The soundproofing, and the bathroom was great with a lovely shower.

“We would have liked a more comprehensive menu for the evening meal.
Some friends had intended to meet us there for the evening and have a meal with us, but we were glad they had cancelled at the last minute.”

Very clean .Breakfast available early
Room needs mirror with lights for application of make up common fault in hotels.

“Well placed, needs more soft seating in hall and a non smoking area.
Needs much better selection of newspapers.
Overall good value for money and well placed for airport”
