• the hotel was quiet and the staff were unassuming.
• two cups - four people. noise from air conditioning.

“The hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming. the room was functional which was ok as we were only staying for a couple of nights. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children but there were only cups, towels etc for 2.”

• clean,sky news +3 sky sports channels,shower good,overall better than some 4 star -ú90 rooms we've stopped in.Don't be put off by -ú45 price.
• slight noise from motorway

“Having stopped at 4 star half price hotels, some of the rooms and bathrooms have been more like 2 star!It was with suprise that the -u45 price of the room was of better quality.Good choice of channels on TV, nice demisting touch on bathroom mirror, clean.”

• Great Location and Great Staff I prefer Welcome Break when I have to stay at Motorway hotels they are more consistant

• I would have taken up the breakfast option if in private room, not reception area.

“You should consider having the breakfast in a private room or enclosed area and not in the main reception area. I didn't particularly like the idea of people watching me eat breakfast as they come in and out!”

• Clean, affordable and friendly staff, great for a stop over or couple of nights for business
• internet charges were quite high

• good tv selection
• shallow bath poor response from front desk no bar

“I would have liked to have known that car access to the hotel was from the south carraigeway only and that from the north you should pass the services, take the next exit and turn back to enter the hotel.
A mini bar in the room would be nice as there is no local public house.
We asked 3 times for extra pillows before being allowed to go and fetch them as there were insufficient staff to bring them to the room
overall a good hotel as it is cheap to stay”

• It was quiet, good variety of food, good access for onward travel
• Nowhere within the vicinity to get an alcholic drink. The staff directed me to the nearest off licence

“The accommodation was clean, quiet, facilities ok. I wasn't terribly impressed with the breakfast considering I had paid an extra '15 ('60 for the business rate) ie no hot choices.”
