• It was handy and exactly what we wanted to where we were going
• Skimmed milk that we asked for was not in our room on our arrival.

• Very quiet.
• Like a muppet, I booked into a non-smoking room.

“I should have ascertained whether my room was smoking or not before landing, other than that, which was my own stupid fault anyway, great, clean, quiet which let me get on with finishing off my chartership - so cheers muchly for that.”

• No covered walkways between rooms and restaurant

“Offers ood value for money accommodation and an acceptable restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, and clean but the bathroomwas in need of a refit.”

• The actual accomodation was good but the hotel is let down by the attitude of staff.

“I felt that the hotel was let down by the staff. on three occasions in the two nights stay i found the staff un-helpfull and quite rude.
Sarcasam is not necessary and they should be taught how to address customers even if the customer has made a mistake like (not quite reading a notice fully then asking questions) or (not ordering starters first). how stupid!!!!! It had been a stressful weekend without this attitude.”

• The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.
• Dated, required modernisation, poor window security.

“With more advance booking, would have selected upgraded room. For a 2 star hotel, it was expensive accommodation, but the food was true value for money.”
