“Hotel quite well situated. Staff on the whole pleasant and helpful. Especially the front of house restaurant manager at breakfast, really friendly and helpful. Reception staff preoccupied on front desk when busy and a bit stressed making them less helpful. Double room very small and dark, and a bit cramped especially with husband being tall. Also noisy, room being on the ground floor and close to the bar and the route to the car park at the back of hotel. Stayed in nicer hotels.”

“Had a fantastic stay in Liverpool, somewhere I hadn't been before. Absolutelty thrilled by the warmth and hospitality of the Merseyside.
An excellent hotel for all local attractions. Very near the station. Try the Philamonic Pub nearby if arriving late.”

“There are hotels in Liverpool that offer better rooms at lower prices--but one cannot easily find them on the Web. Location is good (though not sensational), staff is all right, but rooms are small, corridor floor is squeaky and walls are thin. No place to place your suitcase (and very little room for its content). Very poor TV reception.”

“We had heard bad reports of this hotel and were a little aprehsive, but we were pleasantly suprised at how lovely it was. We were treated very efficiently at check-in and the service throughout our stay was exceptional for a city centre hotel. The room was a little cramped for 4 but acceptable for the short time we were actually in the room but it was clean and tidy. Was a little noisy at times but to be expected given the time of year ie New Years Eve. Very enjoyable stay. Will definately come again.”

“We chose The Feathers Hotel mostly because it had a family room that would accommodate our family of five. While the room was not huge, it contained five beds, which worked fine for our gang. The bathroom was large and helped control our luggage.
We found the staff to be most helpful. When we arrived (late on a Sunday evening) we were warmly welcomed, served gourmet pizza (even though the kitchen had already closed), and helped with our MANY pieces of luggage. The breakfast was always delicious and freshly made.
The hotel itself is quite lovely, and the rooms are decorated nicely. I recommend this hotel highly and would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

“Overall I enjoyed my stay. I have been to the Feathers before, and when in Liverpool stay no other place. The hotel is centrally located which puts you within walking distance of almost everything. My one complaint on this stay was that I had requested a room in a different location when I booked on-line, but was placed in a noisier room near the front door.”

“Excellent breakfast - eat as much you like
Good central location for most attractions and very close to Railway station.
Full Satelite TV service with own box set in room where you can choose channel to watch, unlike most hotels where limited to 5 or 6 channels that Hotel chooses to show.
Bathroom a bit on small
