• The view, price and cleanliness of the room
• everything was fine although shower / toilet could have been better laid out.

“This was my first trip to liverpool, the purpose of the visit was a return holiday to UK after leaving here 37 years ago to live in Sydney, Australia. On arrival, we found that the staff seemed to be aprehensive answering our questions, it was as if we should have known what to do, eager to get back to their conversation. The accomodation was well above average for a budget hotel although the bathroom area was slightly confusing. Room 106 did not have a shower curtain. This may be standard but it should have been pointed out as it tended to make everything wet including the toilet paper. The toilet itself neeeds to be turned about 10 degrees to avoid hitting ones knees on the door. Would certainly like to see more of this type of hotel around the country and more advertisement, I very nearly overlooked it on the web. All in all a very enjoyable stay.”

• were told breakfast was included and it was not, were not given room booked.

“Room was practical, not too keen on the shower (bathroom like a porta cabin) tea/coffee available in room which was very welcome. Hotel overlooks the river which was very nice. Complimentary hot drinks available in the bar area. Food basic but very well presented and cooked. Staffed by a very efficient young lady who cooked and served the meals also served behind the bar and worked on reception.”

• Etwas oberflSchlicher Zimmerservice.ZShlung von 3 Handtnchern problematisch,aber durch freundliche Rezeption ausgeglichen.

“Die Lage des Hotels erwies sich als ausgezeichnet,da man alle Ziele in der Stadt zu Fu' erreichen konnte.Ausstattung und Raumgr''e entsprachen den Erwartungen und boten auch 3 gro'en Menschen ausreichend Platz.Man konnte sich arrangieren und bekam auch die Unterstntzung des Personals,z.B.Wunsch nach Einzeldecken statt gro'er Decke fnrs Doppelbett.So war das Preis-LeistungsverhSltnis in Ordnung.Hellh'rigkeit zum Korridor verursachte leichte St'rungen in der Nacht durch sehr frnh abreisende GSste(FShre?) oder NachtschwSrmer am Wochenende.Im Ganzen waren wir recht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und haben auch dadurch ein sympatisches Bild der Stadt erhalten.Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal machte die
wenigen MSngel wett.”

• An ideal place for strangers to Liverpool easy access from the tunnel and good parking.Easy acces to the city centre
• A little cramped for three adults - but OK for one or two nights

“No complaints really the main reason for staying there was the easy access in and out of Liverpool from the tunnel. I had stayed there before without any complaints. Also it is only a short walk ro Albert Dock one of my favourite places to visit.”

• Good parking- good continental breakfast - good value for money accomodation.
• room a bit on the small side- shower space very small-

• Excellent parking, very convenient and very easy to find.
• Food average.

“Very good budget hotel,convenient and easy to find. Room sleeps 3 - double bed with bunk overhead, very small bathroom. Well fitted out for size of room - hairdryer, tea/coffee making facitilies. Small, comfortable dining room. Pleasant staff.”
