• Air conditioning,Size of room.

“To be honest we did not think very much about Blackpool so at least this fine hotel made up for it in a small way.
If it was in a different town I would stay again.”

• everything about the hotel was very child friendly excellent
• the only complaint i would have is that the lift doors shut very quickly and on 2 ocassions shut with my pushchair in the doors

• Standard of family room with separate children's area was excellent

“This hotel is an excellent standard, especially for Blackpool. The rooms are large, with separate children's area (bunk beds with tv each), dvd player. Couldn't fault anything about this hotel, the food, staff, accommodation and service were all excellent and very children friendly.”

• We were very impressed with everything in the hotel and will return again soon.

“We couldn't believe how nice the hotel was, especially as it didn't cost all that much. The beds were huge, everything was very clean, the hotel staff were very nice, right outside the pleasure beach and there is a 24 hour bar... (bad head in the morning)

Over all very happy and we will use the hotel on our next trip to Blackpool”

• Very clean and modern.Spotless ensuite, with great power shower.Good size room.Trendy and stylish throughout.Would highly recommend.

“Very impressed at cleanliness and trendy style of hotel rooms and bar.Hadn't been aware of DVD playres in room, so didn't bring any films, although limited titles available for rental at hotel.Reception and bar staff all very polite and informative.Pizza's excellent, definately worth getting ! Would book again as great value for money and hotel very stylish, modern and clean hotel.”

• The rooms were quite spacious and clean
• We were right at the back of the Fairground and every three minutes or so we were disturbed by the sound of the fairground ride which was quite loud.The checking out process was also very slow.

“I would seriously reconsider whether I would stay there again, the noise was quite unbearable at times this carried on until 10.30 at night and recommenced at 9am the following morning. I was also not impressed with the level of service at check out, I found that the staff did not implement a fair procedure when checking out and it seemed that the first person to push in front was dealt with rather thatn those that had waited patiently in a queueing system, this did spoil an otherwise quite pleasant stay.”

• I found the price for a basic room with no extras (ie breakfast or dinner) expensive for one night. No room service.

• VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE ROOM AND SIZE OF THE BED, GREAT VIEW OF THE PLEASURE BEACH.
• IT WASNT A BIG PROBLEM BUT THE SCAFFOLDING WAS A BIT OF AN EYESORE. BUT WE DID KNOW ABOUT THE WORK BEEN DONE AS IT WAS POSTED ON THE WEBSITE.

“THE HOTEL WAS GREAT, CLEAN, MODERN, AND EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED FROM OUR WEEKEND AWAY. EVEN THOUGH THE PLEASURE BEACH WAS DIRECTLY OUTSIDE OUR WINDOW, IT WAS A GREAT VIEW, IT DIDNT BOTHER US AT ALL. THE BREAKFAST FACILITIES AND MENU WAS TOP CLASS, JUST WHAT YOU NEED TO START OFF YOUR DAY.”

• Good location, Spacious, comfortable clean room, great for kids & fantastic breakfast
• Building going on at hotel so parking was difficult on first day of stay.

“This is our second stay at the hotel, the first was my boyfriend and I and the second was with our two sons aged 6 and 2. The hotel was equally as good the second time round and was very accomodating to our children, they were very impressed with their room, the giant snakes and ladders on the wall and a tv each, not to mention the playstation. The room was very clean and comfortable (probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!)
Breakfast was delicious with as much as you could eat! I was concerned about the breakfast not being included in the price though as there was no mention of it in our booking details. Will definately be staying there again in the future.”

• The bar staff were very polite and sincere
• when the chamber maid came into the room and said there shouldn't be anyone in here, and it was before 11am check out time!

“Hotel was ideal for famiies like mine, our son enjoyed having his own room and television like at home. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the food was excellent.

We will be booking a return visit in the future.”

• Executive room layout was very well thought out. Loved the lounge area with 'Glowing Lights' electric fire.
• No trouser press in room.

“Car parking was a bit lacking. Had to park car on exit to car parking area. Some building work apparently going on behind hotel.

Staff were excellent, and the pizza's very very yummy.”
