• Very clean, fast & efficient service.
• Just a bit too far walking distance from attractions.

“Friendly family run hotel, with good food & quiet relaxing bar and sun lounge. Rooms clean and central heating on constantly keeping hotel very warm in October. Only drawback is a good 15 minute walk into town for attractions although on a tram route.”

• close to town,good parking,v friendly to none locals
• bedding covers were stained at head height and could have been fresher;softer pillows/mixture

“Tram time table and stops, and which one was local named nearest to get on or off nearest the accomdation. More info available about town centre.”

• Idealy situated for access to the centre of town either on foot or public transport.
• None I noticed.

“Idealy situated for access to the centre of town either on foot or amply served by public transport on the promenade , which was approximately 50 yards away but not disturbed by any intrusion of noise from this . Our room was above the kitchen area so the sound of plates was noticeable as breakfast time approached but I regarded this as an alarm for the fine breakfast I was soon to enjoy. Located adjacent to The Imperial Hotel one of the resorts premier hotels none the less this hotel had a warm and friendly atmosphere which was ample compensation for its older character . The knowledgeable staff was able to provide an unbiased opinion of the local shows which we followed and had no reason to regret.”

• parking excellent breakfast excellent and staff could not do enough for you brilliant weekend
• got lost but a phonecall to hotel staff got me there within minuets no complaints
