• Very clean, food was good and staff was helpful
• Tea & coffee facilities in room was limited. Fridge needed with milk, soft drinks etc

• Noise from lift through night

“The room was quite small,service was ok, the lift was a problem the inside door if not closed stopped the lift on that floor, as my wife had a heart condition this was a problem”

“Being on the first floor, I was concerned that the noise from the entertainment below would keep us awake. However it stopped at 12.00 prompt and we enjoyed a good nights sleep.”

• It was extremely clean and the rooms were adequately equipped. The staff were helpful especially when trying to find parking.
• There is limited parking for guests and we had to park some distance away from the hotel.

“I would like to have know the exact distance from the tower. Customer testimonials are excellent to have.

I will be posting a good review on the internets as this is one of the things I consider when booking an hotel.”

• Lovely breakfast and managed to park right outside
• The signs to find the rooms were not clear and when we eventually found the room, it was extremely hot.

• spoilt only by being next to and underneath noisy children

“i would have liked to know the distance from the town centre .In future i think more thought should be given to having family rooms separate”
