• Well situated, clean and staff were very friendly
• No faults found

“We visited this hotel for a particular purpose and location. Found the staff to be very friendly and accomodating. Plenty of information was provided during book-in and through-out our stay. Also, the hotel provided sutiable disabled facilities and staff were more than willing to provide additional facilities if requested.”

• clean ,warm,nice quiet area.
• some of the furniture needs replacing ,especially the dining chairs and lounge chairs.

“in general lovely hotel and people ,made everyone feel most welcome . The proprieter is an excellent cook and they do all they can to accomodate individual diets.cannot fault it .”

“Nice, child friendly family run hotel away from the really noisy part of Blackpool. The owner even contacted mr with some travel information before we went up! Lovely breakfast as well.
Will almost certainly stay here again.”

• everything was excellent, it was a family bussiness and they couldnt of helped any more as they where there if you needed them but not in your face and there children who where 9 and 12 loved playing with my 2 who are 2 and4
• didnt have any bad points at all
