• delighted to have access to coffee& tea in the room a nice seating area to relax in
• problem with heating in room and loose handle on bathroom door which locked me in

“when we arrived at the train station we had no information to let us know that we needed to catch a bus to take us to lothian road before we could get the no 10 bus as recommended by yourselves.

fortunately we were able to walk if we had been older or had some disability it would have been impossible to make the track”

• We stayed in room 19 which was a great modern room. The conservatory restaurant was amazing and so was the vegetarian breakfast.
• One minor irritation was the distance in to the city centre, but at the same time we liked the area the hotel was situated in.

“We think it is important to know what kind of room you will end up in, a newly decorated one or one of the older ones. Another idea could be to offer a local map with each room.”
