• Style and comfort
• slightly cramped

“Generally matched expectations.
Let down by a couple of small things:
1. No bottle opener in the room
2. No decent malt whiskies in the honesty bar - unforgiveable in Edinburgh! Limited range generally.
3. It's irritating to have to predict in advance how long you want to use the broadband for - would be much more convenient to be billed afterwards on actual usage.

Will re-use for short business trips, but absence of in-house restaurant will limit attraction for longer / leisure trips”

• Location excellent, staff were very pleasent and accomodating. Room was lovely. I will be returning.

“No complaints, everything with the exception of the check in time was a very pleasent experience. The doors from the rooms to the balconies were difficult to open and close but this was a minor detail as the staff were excellent, and very accommodating, the rooms were beautiflly presented, the views were stunning and attention to detail exceptional. Overall I will recommend this hotel to family and friends and look forward to my future return.”

• arranged my swimming at no extra cost, very helpful, very friendly made me feel at home.
• working of the door leading to outside, would be an idea be shown how it works on arrival

“That there was the chance to use the swimming pool/ sports hall next door. What was on at the theatre next door if that information was available to the hotel at the time of my booking.”
