“excellant clean and spacious room with good facilities.
directions to the hotel were a little confusing
staff were friendly and helpful
location was good near the canal for a nice 10 minute walk to the city centre”

• Convenient to get to, easy parking
• Rather basic, rooms small for a Holiday Inn

• ample parking, most staff were pleasent.
• Poor performance from staff at breakfast, bar area always seem to be closed, rip off beverage vending machine.

“In general the hotel was ok for a few nights but I would not like to stay on a business trip. The beds are well worn in and could do with being replaced as you constantly roll to the middle. The way they do breakfast is very unorganised and there is very little to choose from with a lack of coffee. We were told they were under staffed and could not cope with customer demand. So out of 10 I give it 4 so improvements are required.”
