Mainly cleanliness and the ideal location for all amenities i.e. transport and leisure activities.
Can't think of any.

“We have just returned after 2 days stay at The Acer Hotel YORK. We were pleasantly surprised at the friendly welcome we were given. The room was a double suite very clean and tastefully decorated as was all the hotel. We had a choice of breakfast in our room or in the dining room. Vegetarians were catered for or we could have had continental and of course our choice was the full English with cereal to start and toast with tea or coffee. We enjoyed our stay.”
