• Very friendly staff and excellent location.
• Limited pool hours; extra charge for using mini bar for own use.

“We spent 2 great weeks at this hotel. The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar staff makes you feel very welcome and are very accommodating- you can choose to have a starter as a main if you wish. They are keen for you to enjoy the fare and are willing to replace anything you don't like. There is a spectacular spread for the Grand Buffet one evening a week on the roof terrace. The views are spectacular overlooking the bay, mountains and not forgetting Vesuvius. It is worth paying for a room with the sea view. There is a shuttle service into Sorrento but we enjoyed the 20 minute walk - both ways- on occasions although the walk back is energetic! Public transport also stops at the end of the road. The pool area is good but only open until 18.30-take your own towels for pool use if you don't want to pay to hire or there are some very pleasant gardens close by if you want to be more peaceful. There is limited 'entertainment' in the form of live music in the evening but that suited us. All in all we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a quieter location.”
