• On a regular basis I stay at Premier Travel Lodge in Basingstoke and I found the accommodation and facilities superior to that of Premier Travel
• The online booking facility

“Whilst the facilities was very good, it was spoilt by the very poor quality breakfast. The variation of breads including croissant were very stale, the fruits were limited and I could not eat much. I like to start the day with a good breakfast but found this was not possible and therefore ruined my overall experience. Hotels could be improved by providing a facility for guests to heat up their own meals.”

• Comfortable, clean, modern, attractive
• Realise it was an Express hotel, but would have liked a light meal facility in evening

“Wish we had asked if a restaurant was at hotel, but didn't, so our fault. Unfortunately we had to go out after our meeting finished at 10pm and find somewhere to eat.

The hotel facilities otherwise, including breakfast, and staff were faultless.”

• Good clean efficient hotel.
• Too far from city centre. Bus service not available on Sundays

“Hotel was quiet and very clean. We were unfamiliar with Oxford and not aware of distances to and from town. We were relying on city transport for our journeys back and forth. There was no Sunday bus service available to this part of town - this would perhaps make a difference to me if I was to consider booking again. Everything else was perfect. Thank you”
