• Nice room, food in the pub excellent as well as the choice of real ales.
• Only complaint was that the bathroom had a bit of a damp smell to it.

“Very friendly owners. Great food in the oub as well as a very nice atmosphere.
Very much enjoyed my stay here and would not hesitate in booking again if i was in the Oxford area.”

• Friendly local village inn.
• When we arrived at 5pm nobody to let us in. Many items on menu not available.

“Although a pleasant place the accommodation was slightly shabby and a bit overpriced for what it was.”

• Really friendly people run the hotel. The locals are great too. We were able to park directly outside our room. The room was large and well equipped. The room we were in even catered for disabled (ramps, handrails, low basin...) Breakfast was superb!

• excellent breakfast and evening meal, good parking, quiet.

“Lovely, unspoilt inn, lots of character, friendly hosts and customers. Went out of their way to satisfy customers at breakfast. WWe will stay there again next time we are in the region.”
