• Location, clean.
• Awful customer service, unreliable air conditioning.

“Appalling customer service. My wife and I were locked out of the hotel for 20 minutes at 10.30 p.m. (hardly late) with no-one at all on the front desk or ground floor to let us enter despite ringing the bell. There was no sincere apology forthcoming in the morning when we checked out and the hotel staff refused point blank to offer any compensation. My advice would be to steer well clear - they clearly have no respect for their customers.”
