• Very friendly staff.
• Thin walls to rooms.

“Great location - literally over the road from the train station and 10 minutes from the airport by bus or train. The Leaning Tower of Pisa is only 15 minutes walk. The staff were very friendly. The room was basic and lacking items such as mini bar and room safe described on some sites, however it was comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was good value and accompanied by Queen's Greatest Hits! All round good value.”

“The hotel is unpretentious, pretty much as described. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The rooms were fine and clean but not fancy. The location was central and ideal for seeing Pisa as well as for rail and bus links to surrounding area. There's not much to do in the hotel itself other than TV and sleep, but plenty nearby (as far as Pisa goes anyway). We used it as a base for exploring the area with kids aged 8-15 and it was ideal for this.”

• The place was ok. It was with in walking distance to the Leaning Tower.
• Water temperature in shower fluctuated greatly.

“Location was great for us. We walked the 1 block from the train station to the hotel, then walked to the Leaning Tower.”

“Good basic accommodation. The room was reasonably sized and in good condition. The hotel is very conveniently located for the Bus and Railway connections.
Central Pisa is not a huge place, all the tourist attractions are a very manageable walk from the hotels, many shops and resteraunts nearby.”

• Ottima colazione, vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro cittadino.
• I portici che conducono all'ingresso dell'hotel, sebbene vigilati, sono frequentati da gente poco raccomandabile.

• It is cetraly located for the Train station. Tte room was kept clean and tidy, the bedding and towels etc: were kept fresh and clean.The layout of the room was excellent for us, together but with privicy!
• The room was loctated next to the lift shaft and we found that it was very noisy through the walls. Also the outside traffic and trains could be heard, especially at night.

“The main thing I would have liked to have known prior to arrival, was the fact that the facilities in the immediate loction were sparse and the area gave the impression of being in the poorer side of town, but from experience most towns and cities are very similar near a main rail station, but, after a while we got used to the surroundings and did not linger to long in the vacinity of the Hotel, not that we had anything to fear, but one had to go further out for a coffee or a meal or shopping abd such.

The Hotel itself with the staff and service they gave, which was very, very good, made up by far any misgivings we may of had in the areas mentioned above.
The location was the main plus, we had complete access to the whole of Italy from this one base via the rail system! excelent.”
