“The hotel is in an excellent locaton, close to subway and tourist attractions. The building is great and the rooms big enouh. Unfortunately service was not as it should be in some ways: Concierge did not know about public transport to the airport ("very complicated, need to change bus at least 2 times" as a matter of fact it is very simple and no change of bus needed). Waiters in Lobby bar unfriendly. Worst of all, when I wanted to check out the key of the mini bar was missing. I searched everything, opened my packed luggage 2 times and then needed to stop otherwise I would have missed my flight. At reception they had the key, a person from the hotel must have got into the room (though not cleaning or changing anything else) and simply took it. My mother-in-law who travelled with me had her key with her, the whole thing just did not make sense to me.... ”

“Prague is a great city to visit and the hotel is ideally situated for entertainment and restaurants. The architecture and culture combined with a very good hotel made it a delightful few days, we will definitely return.”

• The accomodation was first class. The suite was very impressive

“We were amazed at the cost of the accomodation when booked through yourselves compared with the tarrif on the Hotel reception. We were impressed by the fact that the Hotel was able to collect us from the Airport. It is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.”

• Very clean, high standard of rooms, excellant breakfast facilities. Very good, central location.

“the hotel was wonderful. lovely rooms, fantastic bathrooms and a great location. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. the breakfast catered for every taste and there was plenty of it.”
