• staff were very friendly and helpful.
• the cooked breakfast was inedible, we did not enjoy it at all.

• The accommodation was comfortable, stylish and clean.
• We did not like being situated below street level as we were hoping for a view of the street below.

“A pleasurable stay over two nights. Breakfast was freshly cooked and the staff were pleasant and efficient. The hotel is conveniently situated for the centre of Bath.”

• The decor, and the view (but not the stairs - top floor!)

“Breakfast was served in the reception area, which felt a bit odd, but was very nice. The location of the hotel was good. The parking was less than convenient but was adequate and allowed us a day of free parking after we checked out. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel generally has a warm and welcoming atmosphere.”

“OVER ALL QUITE GOOD COMPLAINTS AS ABOVE NO LIFTS BUT I KNOW THIS WAS A LISTED BUILDING”

• Staff very helpful, food excellent, proximity to town wonderful. Parking very convenient.

“Hotel was very easy to find following the directions given. Staff very obliging and polite and helpful at all times - I have a convertible and garage parking was made available. Food was excellent and the hotel is situated in an ideal location very close to city centre and yet quiet and select. I would certainly visit again.”
