“Booked Brunel Tunnel House Hotel through internet. Beautiful and historic Georgian house, the home of I.K. Brunel. Lovely location in old Saltford village. However, the room needed updating and some repairs, and hence felt it was not felt to be good value for money. Staff were very friendly and courteous and breakfast was good. Internet promotion would benefit from more photographs of other rooms.”

“Lovely room in a beautiful building. Excellent breakfast. Friendly owners. Loved the train tunnel running under the house. Had a great weekend. Oh and the Jolly Sailor at the end of the river path has just the best food for the evening!”

“This is a wonderful building but the rooms haven't been updated for some years and could imagine if this hotel was re-furbed they could get a few more stars!
Couldn't fault the service and freindly staff and although my own opinion is that it needs updating, it was very clean and had everything you need.”
