• Quite, nice location
• Resturant not open (only 2 people staying that night) but seval good pubs nearby

• Very comfortable/clean. Tucked away, very quiet and peaceful.
• First night we did not receive any complimentary shower gel.

“Whether bath's were available? No rate's available for dinner,bed and breakfast on the web site. Information in the hotel was out of date referring to last comment. However, the setting was excellent and we would stay again in the future.”

• Quiet, friendly staff, good value.
• No draft beer in the bar on a Friday evening due line clean in progress

“Basic, good value accomodation for a short stay. Breakfast not included in price and restaurant was closed. However they are Pubs close by a short drive away. Room was warm and quiet with lovely views over the grounds.”

• The location of the hotel was close to a customer I was visiting
• needs an upgrade, room was cold, dark and dingy, no bath

“In general the rooms are in need of an upgrade, the rooms are cold and very dark and dingy even with the lights on, the bathroom was terrible with no bath but a very poor shower that needs a good clean! There was no receptionist at the desk and you have to ring a number to get someone to check you in which I thought was unprofessional, all in all not a good value hotel”

• Lovely setting, views of the surrrounding countryside, peaceful location
• rather dark walking from rooms to restaurant/main block for drink/evening meal

“Would have liked choice of light meal in the evening rather than full 2/3 courses”

• Quiet location, TV in room, warm.
• Shower cubicle was scruffy and broken. Breakfast was far too expensive at '9.95 per person.

“I would have liked to have been told that breakfast was not included in the price of the room. It was a shock to have '20 added to the cost of the stay. I would not have booked if I had known this.”
