• La atenci'n personal muy atenta, el desayuno muy abundante y muy bien atendido por el personal. Las habitaciones amplias y acogedoras al mismo tiempo.
• No es facil de encontrar con las referencias dadas en la reserva.

• Service from the Night / Reception Manager was first rate - excellent manner, polite and helpful.

“As an ex-hotelier, I always appreciate the little things that make a stay more enjoyable.

After a 9 hour train ride from Lisboa, arriving in Salamanca at 1.00am, it was a pleasant suprise to be greeted with the helpful, smiling face of the Night Reception Manager and even more so when we arrived at Reception at 11.00am the next morning and he offered us breakfast(even though breakfast finishes at 11.00am).

Although he does not speak much English and our Spanish was poor (at best), he was always polite, friendly and courteous.

The Hotel as a whole was well equipped for a property in that price bracket, even for Spain and was clean, comfortable and secure (we have stayed in 9 hotels in Spain and over 50 in Europe in the last few years). Location to the train station and town centre was also a factor.”
