• Rooms cleaned everyday.
• Everything else was bad.

“This is not a 4 star hotel. I have no idea how it got its rating. Staff is completely unfriendly and unapproachable. They are not willing to help with directions, recommendations. They are pompous and arrogant. Vital information was not given to us unless asked, i.e. we have to leave our room keys with the reception desk when leaving the building, and that we had a fridge in our room in a locked cabinet that we need to get keys for from reception. For 2 days we had no idea we even had a fridge. It is far from the major tourist sites. You need to take a 20 minutes bus ride to terminal station (the main station in Rome) and then a train to the tourist spots. Continental breakfast consisted of croissants, cheese and ham, and cereal. Kitchen staff starts cleaning up early and make you feel uncomfortable if you're still there 10 minutes before breakfast closes. This is by far the worst hotel I stayed at. We booked 4 star hotels throughout our Europe tour and this was the worst. I definitely feel that I did not get my money's worth. I will advice you not to stay at this hotel ever.”

“This is exactly the kind of hotel I have been looking for in Italy and have had trouble finding. It is small, personal, friendly, and well maintained. The price was very reasonable, and the breakfast was good. It is not near the major tourist areas, but was exactly where we needed to be to visit our relatives in northeast Rome. The bus stop is very close and gives access to downtown Rome and other destinations. Shops and a park are right at hand. It was perfect for our needs. We will be back!”
