• comfortable beds,very helpful staff,good parking
• basic room no toiletries,or air-con

“hospitality tray minimal.no toiletries in room if required had to ask.we had confirmation for non-smoking/twin room,but was allocated SMOKING/family room.had to ask staff to change our accomodation.tv remote control did not work.the hotel is a convenient ”

• Room very small. Lack of hanging space for clothes

“That the room would not be ready, even when promised that it would be ready in 20 mins, still was not ready over an hour later. Given another room after complaining that we would be late for a wedding”

• Easy to book friendly and good clean accomodation at good price
• Lack of selection of food but good restuarant nearby.

“As comments above. Was very easy to reach from the motorway. Was initially selected because of taking my dog. All Staff friendly and comfortable stay.Will be using agin. Beer a bit expensive.”

• Room very clean, linen spotless, facilities good, buffet breakfast service good, staff helpful

“Could not fault accommodation , staff or facilities. However bad smell coming up pipe to basin, not nice when leaning over to clean teeth etc but would not put me off staying there again”

• Dreadful breakfast; room not as described

“The room was described (and priced as a suite), but was typical of an overnighter.
Breakfast consisted of shockingly bad coffee, toast, croissants and cereals. It was self service within a small space and bedlam ensued.”

• Parking was exelent, hotel was in a very good location just off the M6 so didn't take us too far off the route South. Breakfast was well set out with a great variety.

• Polite Staff. Comfortable Bed.
• Windows and Windowsill and Toilet weren't as clean as I'd like!

“Close enough to Alton Towers (Reason for overnight stay)
Suitable for stop-over. Wouldn't stay for a lengthly period.
Friendly staff. Good Parking. Close to motorway.”
