• Room was clean tidy and had all the facilities you would expect from a budjet hotel
• The Hotel advertised with the wheelchair symbol I question how anyone would manage in the bathrooms if not able to transfer

• Very peaceful & quiet, friendly staff. Good bus service to town centre. Near racecourse 10min walk.Plenty parking spaces.
• Drinks bar could have been better.

• Simple and clean, well located right next to the Dome, offered excellent value.
• Poor range of drinks at the bar.

“For the money I felt the hotel was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our needs as we were only up for one night to see Embrace play at the Dome so the location was fantastic. I'd certainly use the hotel chain again for an overnight stay if required.”

• Clean and comfortable, very friendly staff, good breakfast, great price.
• None, expectations met or exceeded

• Good compact room
• The staff did not seem to know their jobs.

“We must have been unlucky. Most of the staff were new and did not seem to know the hotel well. They did their best under difficult conditions.The evening meal was particularly disappointing. Breakfast though, was excellent. I think normally this could be a usefull hotel, the room was excelent.”

• The accomodation was ok i was on business so wasnt in it much really,it was clean and comfortable, and had all the facilities i needed
• I can honestly say there were no bad points, apart from the bathroom tap was broken

• ABLE TO TAKE PET INTO ROOM AND EXCELLENT EXERCISE FACILITIES

• Bathroom was good.
• TV small and didn't work. Room felt old and tired with poor lighting. The carpet didnt sem very clean.
