• The first receptionist very nice.
• The night manager verbally abusive.

“I booked this hotel for a week. I was greeted by a pleasant person at reception. Later a new person was working and when I asked questions regarding using the TV ( I was jet-lagged, normally not my 1st choice!) was told how- and when it didn't work was told " we are totally overbooked and I have no time for your questions." Hmmm. Next I paid to use the Internet and was sent on my way- without the necessary code, until I asked if there was one. Next I couldn't use the "@" and the man told me- didn't work- thinking I had misunderstood him I wrote down what I needed and what I Understood, I thought, he was telling me to do. At which point he picked up the keyboard and told me "YOU made this. Americans made this and you don't even know how to use it! My American is not as good as yours so I will explain in Swedish." Which he did. At this point I was thinking- I am out of here, told him I thought his behavior rude and I'd be looking for another hotel. I think he did just want me out of there. I found another place and he only charged me for my phone calls- I was there only a few hours. This was a nightmare experience. Obviously I don't recommend this hotel. Thankfully, the rest of my trip was wonderful and everyone else kind and helpful- elsewhere. My Swedish friends in Uppsala were horrified by this story- which I only told them after they insisted on knowing why I had switched hotels. Whoever this man is- I don't think he should be dealing w/the public- apparently, especially Americans. I have traveled a lot- and never experienced anything overseas, or here in the U.S. like this. A sad beginning- to what ultimately was a wonderful trip.”

• The girl that was at the reception on 8 of august at 9am was good.
• Subsequently the guy was nice but can be better.

“It was such a lovely stay. Although I stayed only 3 days but everything was good and it was comfortable. Very good location and the train station is just a 5 minute walk. If I were to go back to Stockholm, I would definitely go back there again.”
