• I can only say i was very pleased with my room, evening meal and especially the staff as they were very pleasant and helpful, the location was extremely pleasant and quiet which is something I look for when booking a hotel. I would recomend this hotel to

• comfortable room and helpful staff
• couldn't fault anything!!! except could do with Sky One channel

“The site map to find the hotel, at the entrance to the park is a bit small to read from the car. However, the hotel was comfortable,with helpful staff, late opening bar, and good food...though the menu was limited..the food was excellent.”

• The room was of a very good standard. New, clean, well maintained, with good facilities, shower and tv.
• would have liked a buffet breakfast.

“would have been nice to know about the procedure for entering the grouds. bit difficult to find - perhaps an indication at the gate as to where hotel was situated.

very comfortable, however. was a bit cold on arrival so didn't sit at bar too long - i think i heard that there was a problem with heating.

enjoyed the use of local produce which seemed very appealing.”

• clean and pleasant
• despite the 'farmers' market'food on offer, it was all microwaved; fresh breakfast buffet but poor choice

• the rooms were very clean as was the entire hotel
• The food provided at evening was poor in contrast to the excellent breakfast

• Convenience for event and relaxed atmosphere. Great breakfast!
• Due to full occupancy we had a disabled facility room and had a garden supplement! (it was winter!)

“Overall our stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was well presented and the bottles of water were a refreshing touch. Being able to walk to the party held on site was perfect!”

• Clean and tidy. I asked for a quiet room away from lifts and thoroughfares and was very pleased indeed with the one we were given.

• Good cooked breakfast, presumably from fresh local ingredients. Staff offered early breakfast if required.
• Breakfast buffet area smelled of stale smoke. Difficult to control heating in room.

“Typical business type hotel, and convenient for Coventry Airport. Some road noise from A46 if window was open. Poor signposting within the Showground site - small writing and non-illuminated signs so would benefit from a better local map on website. Receptionist helpful and friendly. No mini-bar in room, and hairdrier in bedroom, not en-suite. Bed really comfy and quite firm, but ideally could have done with thicker or extra pillow.”
