• Friendly staff and good breakfast. Location perfect for our visit. Easy to find. Sufficient parking.
• Hotel smelled of smoke.

“Hotel is in need of decoration but is very clean which is more important. Room was plenty big enough. Staff very helpful. Room was not noisy so got a good night's sleep.”

• distance to get evening meal, overheated bedroom & unable to open window

“Nice hotel, friendly and imformative staff - I needed to be at the University and was given useful information as to how to get there. About the only quibble I would have (and this is only a small one!) is that I didn't realise until I was checking out that the hotel had its' own bar - I may well have partaken if I'd kown about it the previous night!
Concerning the on-line booking service, the directions that were supposed to come with the e-mail didn't, so another method of finding instructions was necessary. Apart from that, the on-line process was easy to follow.”
