• Great rooms.
• Service, staff and food - or lack of it.

“This has to be one of the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were lovely only to be let down by the attitude of the staff, service and very poor breakfast- stale plain chocolates and a strawberry cut in four! Coffee and toast had to be asked for, butter was rationed as was toast. It was a shame as the hotel itself is great. We had no towels in our room - we had to ask for them, we were given an iron that would have failed all has standards the wires were bare and covered with sellotape.”

• Very high standard to the ground floor decor and fixtures. Upstairs in process of referb our room not currently up standard
• 2 Bedrooms need total referb which is being done soon.We got one that still needs doing up
