“The rooms should have had a mini fridge and more Tea and Coffee. The staff were efficient but not very friendly”

• Excellent location for a Metro Centre shopping trip and a TGI Fridays on the doorstep!

“Proximity to the Metro Centre was very important for our two day shopping trip. The availablity of a TGI Fridays just a walk away made it perfect for eating out that night. We had stayed in an Express by Holiday Inn hotel before and knew what facilities to expect. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were helpful and the self service continental breakfast was plentiful.”

• Good standard for cost. Same standard at all Holiday inn express hotels

“As with all Holiday Inn Express hotels, there is a good standard of reception area/lounge. Staff were courteous and the bedrooms are well equipped and clean.
The position of the hotel is perfect, just two minutes from the A1, and within easy reach of the city centre. There are several restaurants a brief walk away, which is useful when arriving late and hungry.
Overall a comfortable stay, as usual.”
