• People were very nice and very accomodating. The room was a nice size
• It was very hard to locate a phone number for the hotel. I was booking from America and found that aspect difficult.

“I enjoyed my stay. Everything I needed was at the Hotel and I liked that there were alot of things near by. Again except for the difficulty getting a phone number it was a pleasant experience.”

• getting a smoking room when we requested non-smoking rooms

“The hotel was pleasant, the breakfasts were good value. Dinner menu was good, but not consistant, as one starter had more food on one night, and less on the second night....”

• Staff in the restaurant were lovely. We booked a taxi from reception and everything happened on time as planned
• Beds could have been a bit bigger but that is really a minor complaint.

“Our stay was great but you might struggle at this hotel if you were disabled as it is on several different levels and there are a lot of stairs.”
