• superb location, very clean, excellent maid service.
• small rooms, no double bed.

“A Lovely hotel in a superb location in Trieste. Double rooms either have a shower cubicle or a bath with shower! The rooms are quite small, but compact. The beds were two single beds pushed together but each with its own bed linen and bed spread. The curtains were matching and very nice. Single rooms were also small. The breakfast was presented well but no frills and coffee was not always hot. Tea, however, which you could make yourself was hot and the variety of teas was very good. A good selection of biscuits and pastries but you did need to be down early to have a choice, after 9.00 choice was very limited.”

• The hotel is situated in a very central part of Trieste.
• The hotel is not suitable for those who are travelling by car and especially if they have young children.

• Great situation, very comfortable, pleasant staff who spoke English, extremely clean.

“I thought that the hotel was first class. It was situated in a very convenient part of the city and we were able to walk to most places. The breakfast provided was more than adequate. The room was quite spacious and the provision of a personal safe(without charge) was brilliant. It would have been useful to have been given a map of the city on booking in. Also, some information about restaurants in the vicinity.”
