Book your room in a quiet 'Calle' of Venice placed only 100 meters from the railway station! You can reach the most important tourist attractions by feet, and you are in the middle of the city life too! Our hotel is a very intersting place to stay, since it gives the tourist the opportunity to visit the most beautiful city of the world without spendind a huge amount of money. Indeed our interest is to sell as more as we can by imposing fees which are competitive if compared to those of other venice Hotels. Our room are well furnished, they supply air conditioning, tv, telephone, restroom with shower or bath (private bathroom inside or ourside, or sharing bathroom on the floor) and hairdryer, balcony. They are distributed on four floors (without lift at the moment). We are now building the breakfast room, in order to make your holiday in Venice better and better (it should be ready during September). Before the end of this year (2004), we also hope to install a new facility (SAUNA). It's the right place for people who want to discover our city by spending their night in a very quiet street, which is at the same time only a couple of meters far from the railstation and the road called 'Lista di Spagna', a road full of life and amusement.[less]

convenient, relatively inexpensive, friendly staff
rather charmless (but inexpensive, fairly central Venice hotel!), building work didn't help

Very convenient location
At the time of our stay lots of building repair work was going on. A lift to the upper levels would have been useful

Friendly, clean and very well located
Dark corridors and uncomfy bed

“Great all round, amazingly un-touristy feel - right by the main bridge over the Grand Canal. Very helpful and happy staff.”

All furniture, fittings etc were new. We liked the double glazing.
The room was small, the furniture perhaps too large for the size of room. Some more shelf space would have been better.

“We enjoyed our stay. The location was good and staff friendly.
I would say that the hotel is more suitable for a weekend or overnight stay, rather than a week.”

Location, quiet
no toilet in room

“We found this to be an excellent location for a hotel. We arrived by bus from the airport and could walk to the hotel from the bus station. We were able to walk to all the main sites. Although we were near a busy area, the hotel itself is conveniently located in a quiet street.”
