The service was excellent and staff were all very friendly and helpful
The hotel requires redecorating in certain areas

Good food, ample parking, quiet location
Room stank of cigarettes, wrong room rate on bill compared to online rate

“Although the rooms were very spacious, when I booked the rooms I was not asked about smoking or none smoking rooms. Myself and my girlfriend do not smoke and were disappointed to find ourselves in a room which constantly smelt of cigarettes for our entire stay, even with all the windows open.
The outlay of the rooms were very nice and spacious overall and there was ample parking. The area was nice and peaceful and for Fairford airshow the hotel was close enough to get there easily.”
