Heater thermostat knob broken off.

“I found the staff friendly, informative and knowledgable about the local area. The Kettle was missing from my room on arrival though as soon as the staff were made aware a replacement was provided.”

Tired environment; wallpaper peeling off the wall; impression that someone had just left the room.

“It was the location I needed not knowing the area and in this respect your service was very good. I doubt I would chose to stay there again, the check-in girl was helpful but seemed like she had just left school. '50-55 seemed about the right price, not '75. Surprised and disappointed given the Ramada name. I guess I paid '20 too much for a declining brand!”
