• The hotel was next to a shopping mall which was convenient for shopping.
• The location was too far away from both the airport and the city centre.

• The parking was free.
• Had a weird bathroom drain that flooded the bathroom.

“Out of the way hotel in a shopping mall, that wasn't too bad if you have something to do in the area. Rooms were not well supplied. The bathroom drain was very strange and left water all over the floor along with sludge. The staff wasn't very helpful.”

• Great location in the Northwest of Frankfurt at the mall with the U-bahn station underneath.

“Great value. A little ways away from downtown but easy to get to using public transportation both U-bahn and Tram.”

• Very good security. Location inside a major enclosed shopping mall.
• No air conditioning .... lobby and rooms were HOT (80-85 degrees) Breakfast price outrageous at $19 per person.

“Rooms are small including bathroom (postage stamp size) but clean and comfortable. Location is great for leisure travelers, as the hotel is inside a modern mall with upscale restaurants and shops and easily accessible on the Metro system from the airport (S8 or S9 then change to U1 and get off inside the mall)”
