• I liked the location of the hotel and the fact that there are groceries and shops around.
• Some of the staff was lazy and whoever stole our top was from the staff as well.

“Me and my husband stayed at the Centre Ville Etoile for 4 days at the end of May 2008.We arrived at the hotel hoping our room would be ready, but it wasn't and when we asked which one it was the receptionist told us it's the room right next to the reception desk (which was on the ground floor and by the street). So we asked to change it but Leopold said we would have to pay extra to change it. We said it was fine, although when he started changing the information on the PC he said that it's fine, we don't need to pay extra. The room was clean, although noisy because of the cards outside. There was no air-conditioning, only an electric fan and the TV had only French channels and only a few Italian and Spanish channels. No English channels whatsoever. The breakfast was fine (one croissone, selection of jam, one piece of bread, and a tiny cube of ementhal cheese). I wouldn't recommend it to someone who likes to eat, because your choice is limited.”
