• Continental breakfast, staff and access to Atlantis.
• Additional pay phones should be installed.

“This is a great hotel. It has all the essentials and a continental breakfast every morning. The staff was very accommodating. You can not get wrong staying at the Comfort Suites on Paradise Island.”

• The scenery-landscaping, ponds of fish, aquarium were very nice to see; river ride was fun.
• Too many timeshare salespersons soliciting throughout the hotel. Lost glasses weren't helpful with situation.

“Too much hype about hotel, not that impressed-need more night activities for adults on premises. Had to walk far to get around premises. Dolphin swim was way too short - I felt the staff was just pushing us through in a hurry. Needed more of an explanation on map as to what things were. Need more explanation as to what each individual water slide actually was. Lost my prescription eye glasses - they would not take my name if they were turned in - I had to keep checking in with them everyday to see if they were turned in. Every time you turned a corner, you were solicited for timeshare! We did the timeshare & before we knew it was over 3 hrs - when they told us it would only be 90 minutes - Way too long!”

• Nicest resort facility you will ever stay in.
• Tip is included and I don't think the same effort on service was made. The service was okay.

“Food is a little pricey. The place itself is the nicest place you will ever stay. The creation of Atlantis is over the top fantastic. The service is okay. The casino is top rate, and the beach is unbelievable. The place is run right. It is a first-class facility. I do not know anyplace that is nicer in any way.”

• The grounds are exquisite and loved the atmosphere.
• The room - bathroom not cleaned properly, shredded towels, phone problems.

“Loved this resort but for the money, wouldn't stay in a lower tower, would only go back with $ to stay in Royal Tower.”

• The hotel had so much to offer for older and younger children.
• The food was pretty high.

“The hotel was wonderful. The waterslides and beaches were great. You didn't have to leave the Atlantis if you didn't want to because there was so much to do there.”
