  • Centrally located historic hotel near a great beach. An amazing value!

“Stayed at the Comanche while planning my wedding. This place is eclectic and chock full of history. The main house of this hotel used to be owned by Alexander Hamilton's family, has two foot thick coral block walls and mahogany beams If you love history, something different and don't like to stay in the same old carbon copy hotel rooms-this place is for you. It is located right on the boardwalk in the middle of everything I wanted to do. There is a great beach just a short 2 minute ferry ride away. The owner is a lovely English woman who went out of her way to help me. It is an incredible value for the price. I plan on going back with my husband and a bunch of friends this summer.”
