“I overall liked staying here, would stay again. Would try to observe who is next to us so we are able to sleep at night, or maybe have security that roams the hotel for early morning disturbances.”

“Small bottles of water cost $4.00 (US) each. I did not like the sign in the room that told us that any missing towels would be charged to the cleaning staff. We got into a political discussion about this and decided that whoever runs the hotel is a dictator.”

“It was a great hotel with a great location and a great pool. But they charged us $236 for a comforter because a little bit of henna tattoo rubbed off on it. I was upset about the $10 per lost room key charge, as any American traveler should be, but then the $236 blew me away. The manager even admitted that the comforter was probably only worth $80, which I probably would have been okay with.”

“Location. You can walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, mall, and marina from this hotel. Hard Rock and Cabo Wabo are easy to walk to from the hotel; the only taxi I took was from the airport and back to the airport. The hotel does have constuction going on the other side of the street so bring ear plugs if you are very light sleeper.”

“From the moment we arrived we were accommodated and taken care of. I asked to be switched to a room with a view and was given the most breathtaking view of the marina imaginable. The hotel staff was there when needed. It was casual and lovely at the same time. Pool food was very yummy drinks strong. I can't say enough about the hotel. It is noisy though with music and sound coming from the downtown young crowd. The sound skips across the marina water nothing you can do about it.”

“The location is thrown selling point of this property. No need for rent-a-car at all. Walking to dining, drinking, beach and easy access to golf through hotel taxis makes is very easy. So close to the main Marina boardwalk but very private at the same time.”

“The staff is either very good or very bad. First the good, the concierge was great, extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk was also helpful and friendly as well. However, the other front desk agent was not helpful at all and actually rude. Hotel overall is nice, deserving of the 3 star level. Great pool area, nice lobby, decent food and drinks. If you can deal with the surrounding noise of the clubs and restaurants around the hotel then the location is great, within walking distance to a number of good restaurants as well as boating activities.”

“It was ok location was great it was a 2-3 star it was clean but old the restaurant was awful I did tell them but they did nothing so I will not go back but we like prickling most of the time we are happy.”
