• Price, friendly staff, cleanliness, pool, continental breakfast.
• Loud AC.

“Comfortable, relaxing and clean. in-walking distance to the mall and Marina, the beach area for the office club, billygan's and the mango deck. Staff are helpful and friendly. Staff suggested a wonderful Mexican eating establishment, la casa country, for no more than what we spent time in the room it was absolutely perfect.”

• The employee's help and courtesy.
• The mattress was a little hard.

“It's a great location a few blocks from the beach, shopping, and clubs/bars. It was decently priced. The main road is right next to the hotels so it can be noisy but I am a heavy sleeper especially when I have been drinking. The pool is very small but who goes to Mexico to hang out at the pool?”

• They had no respect for me and calling me names in Spanish.

• The beds and the size of the rooms.

“The staff never told us that they had continental breakfast until the last two days. We stayed in that hotel for four days and we had to spend money for breakfast in a place where everything is expensive. The first day they gave us a room with trash around the room and the bed was not made. We did not sleep in that room and they accommodated us in a second room. The staff did apologize for this.”

• It's cheap and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach/Downtown.
• Headboards made of jagged stones. Loud.

“Pros: inexpensive, pretty good free breakfast spread internet access clean very nice staff close to dining, beach, Downtown cons: loud neighborhood uncomfortable mattresses headboards made of jagged stones (Im not kidding) small TV. But if you're watching TV in Cabo you're missing the point. Summary: a good place to sleep and keep your stuff while you hang out at the Mango deck.”

“I need you to contact me in regards to some kind of refund. I did not stay there! It was by far the worst place I have ever been. I and my friend were dragging our luggage down the street trying to find another hotel to accommodate us. I have contacted my credit card company, and they said to contact you and see what you could do for me first. So please respond ASAP to try to resolve this problem. The photos they show are totally misrepresented and as far as I am concerned fraudulent. I would appreciate your help in this matter as I am a very unsatisfied customer.”

• Staff was great.
• The room was small and the beds had the springs poking out not comfortable.

“Good hotel if you aren't interested in all the bells and whistles. It has a very small pool. The rooms are very small. The water pressure was nothing but a dribble. But I liked the location. It was within walking distance of everywhere. The staff was very nice and helpful.”

• Location-great-everything within walking distance.
• No pictures on walls, no drinking cups provided in rooms, TV placed as in hospital room.

“The rooms were what I expected. Yes, I would stay there again. Staff was wonderful, rooms were clean and attended to every day. Computers available at all times to write or receive email. American Hosp directly across the street, huge shopping mall, marina, beach all within walking distance. Easy to locate a water taxi to see the arch or to directly take you to Lovers Beach. I enjoyed my stay! I am used to staying at all inclusive hotels, but may have lost some weight just walking and "exploring my environment".”
