“The service at this hotel was terrible. None of our requests were accommodated, and because the hotel was being converted into time-shares, they employees had no interest in maintaining a resort-like atmosphere. More irritating was the lack of cable and internet service after a tropical storm blew through. Again, the staff seemed to maintain no interest in providing the amenities. I would never recommend this hotel.”

“The resort was beautiful and offered a great opportunity to relax. As mentioned before the prices at the restaurants and market on site were too expensive. We would have dined more often at them if the prices were lower. The hotel staff made us feel like family and they were one of the reasons we truly enjoyed our visit.”

“This hotel was very nice and for the most part clean. Their was not a lot of wait staff to offer service to you, you had to ask them for service.”

“We ordered grilled cheese sandwiches and they were not grilled they were microwave. Tried room service again and they took over an hour to bring coffee. When they cleaned the room, they only left 1 towel so we called for more and they took almost 2 hours. So we had to go and find the maid and then she only brought us 2 additional towels when we requested 4. The beds were as hard as a rock. There was no trash can in the room. The only trash can was in the bathroom.”

“This was the worst vacation I have ever had. Service was no existent and they were the most unorganized hotels that I have ever stayed at. Didn't pick us up at the airport. Over booked and sent us to a sister resort. Could not get coffee rooms were never cleaned before 4:00 pm. Paid for a suite and got a deluxe room with no view and right next to the elevators. Prices were over the top for food and drink if you could ever get service. Foul smell coming from the floor drain and had to keep a towel over it all week. I could go on but you get the picture. Do not stay here or at any of the resorts.”

“This hotel is out of the way. The staff is more interested in selling their overpriced condos than they are in providing good service. The food selection is limited and not very good. Finisterra, Westin and Hilton are much better values as I have stayed at all of them. This was my 3rd trip to Cabo San Lucas this year and 50th+ in the last 10 years.”
