• Size of pool, location.
• Housekeeping, language, elevators.

“I was pretty unhappy with my stay, considering I spent a lot more money to stay at the Pueblo Bonito-Rose. When we arrived, our room was dirty. chips on the chair, half used shampoo, etc. The first house cleaning crew did not replenish the towels and we had to call and ask for towels. Which took 20 minutes to arrive. The pool was nice but crowded. if you are not out there by 9:30 AM, you won't be getting a chaise lounge. Check out time is 10:00 AM. seems early to me. They were nice enough to leave a printout of the charges to the room the night before our checkout but there were odd charges that weren't ours on the bill. Long distance phone calls at $2 per minute (I assume the housekeeper made these calls because we didn't). Poolside charges to our room that we did not make strange "depositors". When I checked out and contested the above charges, I was given major attitude. They got out all of the receipts on file for us and there were many that didn't belong to us. They ended up correcting the charges but it didn't come easy. Do yourself a favor and put everything on an American Express card in case they give you a hard time. We paid for an "ocean view" but got a SPECK of blue ocean view. palm trees blocked the view. We definitely had a "pool view" though. The hotel is in a good location though. In walking distance to fun beach dining like THE OFFICE, MANGO DECK, etc. ”
